July 6th -Best swim so far this year

This really starts to feel like summer. But I must admit my feet are still wet and cold from all the gray and rainy days. Nevertheless todays or tonights swim, to be more accurate was actually the best so far this year. The water was calm and the water temperature was the highest so far. In fact the water held exactly the same temperature as the air. I actually could feel warm streams from below in the water. Usually the surface has the highest temperature and the deeper water is colder after the sun has warmed it up during the day. But today it was opposite for some reason. 

The atmosphere down at the harbor was magic. You could hear the squeeking sounds of the boats rubbing against the dock and some people on the other side of the water talking and laughing. Other than that it was totally silent and relaxing.

Tomorrow will be yet another sunny day they say.
